Shipping times vary based on location and the method selected. These are not your normal everyday products. A lot of care, preparation, meditation, energy cleansing and healing goes into the preparation of each item. Every item is made with the proper vibrational attunement and energy work needed. These are high vibrational items programmed to heal you, and transform your reality. Please expect items to ship out in 1-5 business days.

Due to the nature of our products, all products are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. We take proper procedures to make sure each item is carefully crafted. If you have any issues with your items or issues with shipping - please do not hesitate to contact us directly through our contact form.

If items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we guarantee to ship out a replacement as soon as possible. If with proper care and usage any jewelry becomes damaged or overly worn, we will gladly make any adjustments and repairs necessary - free of charge. Simply ship the items back to us with a follow up email of the issue and photos if necessary.

At the moment we don’t make any custom orders, but this is open to changing in the near future.
